SMT PCB Reel Shelving
PCB reel shelving. This SMT (surface mount technology) component reel shelving offers a highly efficient method of storage and transport for standard size PCB component reels. With this interated and efficient storage and identification system the managment of reeled component inventory becomes simple and easy.
Each storage level offers capacity for either 2 rows of 7" and 13" size reels or 1 row of 15" reels. System can be supplied complete in standard configurations or built to your own specification by choosing the number of storage levels and selecting posts which can be either stationary or mobile. 5 stainless steel dividers included per row, dividers can be moved at 3/4" increments, each row has 35 1/2" of usable reel storage space, 200lb. Weight capacity per storage level.
Reel capacity will vary as the widths of these reels vary, capacity may increase if multiple reels can be fit into single compartments. Refer to compartment opening/inside dimension to determine actual capacity.
